This years event offers two choices for participation, A traditional vendor space or a location in our Artisan Gallery. Please read the details below for a description of each option. I you need us to help you determine which space you qualify for please call us at 814-790-5079

Becoming a Vendor of the Expo is as simple as deciding on your participation level. We will have several for you to pick from; ARTISAN BOOTH, ARTISAN TABLES, & FULL BOOTH LOCATIONS. You can view our comprehensive floor plan for locations of each area. There will be additional fees for decorating and items. The following is the event pricing information:

Becoming a vendor is as simple as picking your booth size, booth location, and any additional decorating items. The following is the booth pricing information:

As a standard requirement of all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence.If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. Please click the link below, complete a short questionnaire and you will obtain this coverage for $65.00 plus tax.

Faq’s Frequently asked questions

How many people attend the ComiCon Erie?

We are in our 3rd year. Over the past two years over 2,500 people attended the 3 day show.

Is it difficult to move my exhibit into the building?

No. The Bayfront Convention Center has two large overhead doors for move in and out. Erie Promotions will be onsite at all times and will manage the process. There are no labor requirements.

Are Artists guaranteed a table spot?

No. Artist tables are only available for Artists that have prior approval. Please Email Tom for details and reserve your space.

Do I have to pay to park?

Parking is free for all !

Are there special Hotel rates for this years show?

Yes. Our partner hotel is the Sheraton Bayfont. It is connected to the convention center and is located directly on the waterfront. Follow this link for details.
